"This clinic is the only place I'll be going now! I could go on about them all day. They greeted my pet in a gentle, respectful way to help reduce stress. When the examined her, they took my concerns seriously and even pointed out thing I didn't notice. When they were done, they explained everything to me, answered my questions patiently, and then went over options for treatment. They broke down what they wanted to do and the costs associated with each step. In the end, they performed a procedure quickly and explained the post-op care to me in detail before sending us home. My pet is recovering well and when I take her back for her 2 week post-op check up I plan to schedule routine visits for both of my pets because I don't want to take them anywhere else."
